ONETREE Offsite Workshop

Carlos has a Computer Engineering degree and is currently studying an MBA at UCU (Universidad Católica del Uruguay). Prior to join the OneTree team, Carlos began his career as a Sales Consultant in Oracle's subsidiary in Uruguay, and then move into the area of consulting as an expert in Oracle e-Business suite running and leading projects in different companies in the Uruguay and abroad from 2000 to 2006 at Tilsor (Oracle Certified Advantage Partner in Uruguay). In this period he also worked as a consultant to the IDB in headquarters in Washington, DC.
In the past two and a half years, he worked as Software Development and Technology Manager at ISBEL (reseller in Uruguay from brands such as Avaya, Nortel, Alcatel, among others), a leading company in Uruguay in the area of Telecommunications and Contact Center, with strong growth in the region with offices in Mexico, Dominican Republic and Chile.
Carlos is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance.

Carlos joined the OneTree team in January 2009.

Ignacio graduated in Social Communication at the UCU (Universidad Católica del Uruguay) in 2005. He is also teaching Analysis of Organizational Communication in this career since 2006. He began his professional experience in 2001, founding Parallel with Javier Puig, the initial role was to share the commercial management and lead the technology and research department.
Parallel evolved as Takeoff Media in 2007 to merge with our trading partner 21Studio.

Ignacio is at present Director of Takeoff Media and Onetree, playing the role of Vice President for Development and R&D.

Javier Puig holds a degree in Social Communication at the UCU (Universidad Católica del Uruguay) in 2005. Having chosen to focus his career in advertising, Javier dominates this area with the design and visual communication.
Co-founder along with Ignacio Bazzano of Parallel (later Takeoff Media), Javier also has extensive experience in managing clients and projects at international level, among which are customers such as DirecTV Latin America, Visa, IDB (Inter-American Development Bank ), The Related Group of Florida, Alerts.com, Ricoh and others.

Javier is currently Director of Takeoff Media and OneTree, playing the role of Vice President of Art, Creativity and Strategy and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance.

Alejandro is a Public Accountant, graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of the Republic. From 2001 to 2004 was a member of the Department of Audit of Guyer y Regules and Grant Thornton International, helding positions of Assistant and Manager of external auditing, internal auditing and consulting jobs. Since June 2003 in charge of Administration and Finance at Studio 21, a position he also played for TakeoffMedia since October 2007, the company who is also Director. From November 2004 until April 2005, was responsible for the search and selection of entrepreneurs for the program Small Enterprise Endeavor Uruguay.

Since June 2005 is the principal Counter at Gastón Bengochea y Cia Sociedad de Bolsa and he is also Co-founder and Director of OneTree.
